We seek an accomplished academic currently serving as a tenured Associate Professor or Full Professor whose record of teaching, research, and service merits tenure at UND at the Associate or Full Professor level in the Department. As the cornerstone of UND’s new Real Estate Program, the successful candidate will play a vital role in building, leading, and elevating the program to national prominence. Working collaboratively with the Department Chair, this individual will provide strategic direction, guide curriculum development, mentor faculty, and engage with industry leaders to ensure students are prepared to excel in the rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the Department’s teaching, research, service, and administration/leadership mission. The successful candidate will be an effective and engaging educator with experience and passion for teaching undergrad real estate courses. The successful candidate is also expected to maintain an active, high-impact research agenda consistent with AACSB Scholarly Academic Standards (SA), publishing in top-tier real estate, finance, or economic journals. Additionally, the successful candidate will mentor junior faculty in research and publication to strengthen the Department’s overall scholarly output and reputation.
