The Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of North Dakota seeks a full-time, non-tenure-track teaching assistant professor contingent on available funding.
The Mathematics & Statistics Department is housed in the College of Arts & Sciences and currently offers a BS in Mathematics, MS and MEd in Mathematics, and MS in Applied Statistics.
Established in 1883, the University of North Dakota is the oldest research university in North Dakota. The successful applicant will receive a contract with an approximate distribution of 95% teaching and 5% service effort. Teach 100- and 200-level undergraduate courses in mathematics, including on-campus (in-person) courses and term-based online courses
Work collaboratively with other Mathematics & Statistics Department faculty to achieve consistent and high-quality learning environments
