Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working alongside GE Digital to create novel analytics in the Aviation Industry
  • Supporting AVIT 412 class activities with industry partners
  • Training internal and external customers on use of the GE EMS software
  • Creating novel analytics in the GE EMS software
  • Supporting internal research initiatives
  • Quantitative data collection
  • Aggregating data for analysis
  • Maintaining notes from research meetings and activities

Required Competencies

  • • Good communication skills.
    • Reliable.
    • Punctual.

Minimum Requirements

  • • Must have successfully completed AVIT 412 (on campus, in person) within the past 12 months.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel.
    • Must be enrolled as a student for Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 academic semesters
    • Experience with the GE EMS software
    • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
