Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sorting and scanning documents that may arrive through fax, mail, email, or be dropped off in person
  • Communicating with students regarding their financial aid and/or student account using department email
  • Reviewing student information via spreadsheet to assist office processors
  • Other projects as assigned

Required Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Campus Connection

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study Award for the relevant term
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester

  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
