Salary/Position Classification

  • $12.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Must be available to work between the hours of 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Office Reception 
  • General office duties 
  • Assist with inventory and organizational projects

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow through with projects
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Accepted federal work study award for the semester for employment
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester of employment
  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check
