Salary/Position Classification

  • $944.45 (Masters) $1194.44 (Doctoral) contract, Exempt
  • 10 hours per week
  • This position will work onsite.

Purpose of Position

The Division of Research & Economic Development is offering a quarter-time (10 hours/week) GSA position to assist the office of Corporate Engagement & Commercialization with data entry, records management and legal review of research-related agreements. This will involve accurately entering agreement records into databases, reconciling multiple information sources, reviewing agreements in accordance with the ND Attorney General’s contracting manual and other duties as assigned. This position will start immediately.

Required Competencies

  • Ability to work independently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Proficient writer with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Strong sense of accountability and punctuality
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Minimum Requirements

  • Eligible for a graduate assistantship
    • In good academic standing
    • Enrolled in 6 credits or more
  • Please provide your class schedule, must be available 10 hours per week between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Resume and cover letter must be included.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
