The mission of the College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines (CNPD) is to provide excellent and collaborative education, scholarship and service to advance human well-being for all, with an emphasis on rural and underserved populations.
The University of North Dakota's CNPD is comprised of the departments of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Social Work as well as the Children & Family Services Training Center. For this position, the graduate nursing department seeks a full-time, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor who will be appointed as the Post Master's Doctor of Nursing Practice ( DNP ) Program Director.
The PM DNP Program Director has a primary responsibility to provide leadership for the overall planning, organization, and evaluation of the PM DNP Program. This faculty member works collaboratively with administrators and faculty in assuring the provision of a high-quality academic program. The PM DNP Program Director is a member of the Nursing Graduate Council. The director is under the supervision of the Chair of the Graduate Nursing Department and is responsible for assuring that standards and policies of the School of Graduate Studies are met.
This position allows a hybrid work arrangement for candidates in a commutable distance to the UND campus.
