This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
• Team members work in the kitchen preparing food, at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process, and cleaning and washing dishes
• Prepare and cook to order food and assembling of sandwiches that require preparation in a timely manner
• Take orders from customers and serve customers at the counters or tables and ensure accuracy of order
• Provides exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas to promote a clean image
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment
• Verify food meets quality and quantity expectations
• Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and preparation and cooking of food accordingly
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
• Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
• Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
• Checks products and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Follows all franchise policy and procedures
• Perform several different tasks every day and other duties as assigned
