Salary/Position Classification

  • $12.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 8 - 18 hours per week **Your work schedule will be created around your class schedule
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

Our Box Office Clerks' primary job is to sell tickets to customers both in person and over the phone all while maintaining the highest level of customer service. The box office is open Mon. - Fri., 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sell tickets to customers in person and on the phone
  • Process and verify credit card purchases
  • Print out customer’s ticket orders
  • Answer box office telephone and respond to customer’s questions
  • Process and mail advanced ticket orders
  • Training on necessary software related to this job
  • Run end-of-day reports

  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
