Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and effectively answer questions for students and instructors in a timely manner
  • Provide aviation students with a high level of customer service
  • Assist supervisor with report generating and preparation
  • Assist with the preparation of flight training materials
  • Assist full-time staff as requested to ensure prompt services to the students
  • Schedule, dispatch and process flights
  • File flight training documents
    • Ensure that all documents are filed
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Hours & Schedule:
    • Must be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
    • Variable shifts with evening and weekend work
    • 3-4 hours per shift
    • Minimum of 3 hours per shift

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
  • Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
