Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

This position will manage the departmental moves of occupants from Columbia Hall to Gamble Hall and the Bookstore, in preparation of a fall 2026 opening.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the departmental moves of occupants from Columbia Hall to Gamble Hall and the Bookstore, in preparation of a fall 2026 opening. 
  • Collect and enter data that pertains to space layouts, space needs, furniture inventory, and projections.

Minimum Requirements

  • Collect and enter data that pertains to space layouts, space needs, furniture inventory, and projections.
  • Must be able to withstand moderate periods of walking, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 15 pounds without restrictions,
  • Possess organizational skills
  • Work within deadlines
  • Work independently on tasks
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Suggested Major/Minor: Engineering, graphic design.
  • Knowledge of UND Policies and Procedures.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, or other PDF editing software
